My Client-First Philosophy


There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.


That said, in my experience as a St. Cloud real estate professional for the past 26 years, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.


This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. As for me, my timeline takes me back to a small dairy farm in Sleepy Eye. I've spent many mornings doing chores with my dad..most likely where I developed a strong work ethic.  Realizing I didn't want to milk cows for the rest of my life, it was off to schoo. Eventually I earned a Broadcasting dipoloma from Brown Insititue and extened my education with Makato State University. My emphasis, communications. It was there I learned to LISTEN. My broadcasting career treated me well but after 15 years, I decided to move closer to home to be with his family.  And so, I  turned the page, and began my real estate career, selling lakeshore in Alexandria and finally landing in St. Cloud where I have been ever since. Just for your information, I still do a lot of lakeshore in Alexandria.  Love the Lakes!



In an attempt to keep up with the millenials I host to a miriad of Social Media Sites. and utilize the latest marketing software keeping my clients in the forfront of what's happening in the real estate industry. I never become satisfied with the status quo and continually  try to find new and innovative ways to serve my clients.
